Open your heart to RECEIVE! Your journey will begin with a restorative heart opening practice guided by Cindy Jo. We will open and create a sacred space for you to feel safe & loved. You will be led to open your heart and allow yourself to RECEIVE the powerful & healing plant medicine of Cacao.

Cacao is the seed from the Theobroma cacao tree and is also what chocolate is made from. It is considered to be a source of plant medicine and is known for its physical and energetic heart opening properties.

You will have the opportunity to receive 2 cups of cacao and each cup will be followed by a soul guided journey meditation with crystal bowl sound healing and drumming. You will be invited to release what no longer serves you and create space for what does. This immersive journey provides you with the support and guidance to open your heart for receiving limitless possibilities in your life aligned with unconditional love.

We will call in the WISDOM of this sacred plant & of our ancestors. Cacao is known as the "Grandmother" and we will invite this wisdom to bring healing & new perspectives to our lives. Ground your energy with Mother Earth as she holds you in your experience.

Cindy Jo is a yoga teacher and Reiki Master who skillfully incorporates pranayama, yoga asana, meditation, sound healing and metaphysical techniques in her classes and workshops.

Jeanie Baker is an International Intuitive Embodiment Healer, Reiki Master and Spiritual coach. She travels with her Embodiment Tour facilitating certification courses, women's retreats, sacred ceremonies and workshops.
