Helen’s Sattva Yoga practice and 33 years (and still going) as a theatre, TV and radio actress, will lead you on a path where the voice will find ways of being energised, free, flexible and as powerful at the end of the day as at the start.
With a sense of humour and deep connection to how the voice can support an individual, Helen will guide you through: - focus at the Vishuddha (throat) chakra - powerful pranayama and kriya (action to evolve) breathwork - mantras - vocal exercises - hatha asana - how to adapt the voice to environment and movement - understanding your vocal quality
This practice is for voices which aren’t being heard, voices which are heavily relied on for work or a vocal maintenance check.
