This workshop will begin with gentle restorative postures and Reiki. You will then be guided into a deep meditative state while resting in an extended, supported savasana.
Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest forms of all meditations. It suspends us in the space between awake and asleep. It is in this state that we are most receptive and open to complete relaxation.
Yoga Nidra has been used to successfully aid insomnia, anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain and many other issues. This inspired, meditative practice is accessible to all levels.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a pillow if you like. No meditation experience necessary.
