First person eulogies give us the gift of writing our own story. The eulogy might begin, "I loved peonies, baking with my grandkids, and riding my vespa" or "I worked hard at my career, but reflecting on my life, I most enjoyed weekends at the cabin with family" or "I'm sad to end this journey and want to share my values with the family I'm leaving behind.”
By entering the sacred space of deep contemplation, we take stock, define our values, and create a beautiful story for loved ones to receive. It becomes a heartfelt sharing of what's most sacred to us.

Ayurveda views seasonal cleansing as a necessary practice for maintaining great health and preventing illness. Due to the pace of modern life, our environment and the foods we eat, we accumulate toxins, or ama, as it is referred to in Ayurveda, in our bodies and minds. The Ayurvedic system of healing uses a specific cleansing program that effectively removes accumulated toxins, reverses effects of stress, increases energy and mental clarity and restores your natural state of balance. In this group cleanse, you will attend 3 classes, receive a detailed guide and shopping list, and get the support of Sarah and the community.

Whether you end up doing the cleanse or not, you will gain valuable information.
Mid-Cleanse Group Zoom Call: We will check in together mid-cleanse to connect as a group and give you a chance to ask questions.
Unlimited Q&A w/Sarah: The ability to ask unlimited questions throughout the cleanse, as they come up. You will be able to ask Sarah questions via a messaging app, email or live classes.

In this community sound healing, gentle attention is given to the heart chakra of each person to support your connection to the element of water. Sound healing supports the mind to settle, the brain entering a peaceful theta state (or pre-sleep), and engages the parasympathetic nervous system to let the body relax and access the full benefits of rest. The vibrational energy of alchemy quartz crystal singing bowls can be impactful physically on the mind and body, as well as energetically on the subtle energy bodies. For the past three years, Creative Tarot Play has been a space for tarot enthusiasts to gather and play. This offering is an opportunity to pause and give space to your inner world, while at the same time being in community with other tarot enthusiasts.
Tarot is life. Tarot is change. Tarot helps me see the rich various-ness, the multiplicity, that is the tapestry of me and existence. Tarot is a way for me to meditate, contemplate, observe, pay attention, make connections, broaden my understanding and have more compassion for myself and the world of relationships and experience around me.
Creative Tarot Play invites you to discover more about this amazing tool through practice and play. In this 3 hour gathering I offer many ways to engage with your decks through spreads, activities, writing, and more. We'll practice reading tarot intuitively and creatively using multiple decks (oracle and tarot).
What you’ll need:
Tarot and oracle deck(s)
Journal
A snack (we'll take a break mid-way through)
