Here are the details:
Schedule: 2:00 PM, Mondays (Heather) and 2:00pm Wednesdays (Aline) for 8 weeks. Starting June 18th.
Format: In-person only, with limited availability for 4 participants
Commitment: Attend both sessions each week for optimal results. Makeup classes will be recorded and accessible if you miss a session. 8-week commitment.
Focus: Bone health, strength, impact, and balance
This is a unique chance to receive personalized attention in a small group setting, helping you stay on track with your bone health goals. It is ideal for someone fairly new to exercise for bone health, who would benefit from supervision, checking alignment, accountability, and keeping you on track with progressive overload. The Wed and Friday group will be taught by senior trainers Heather and Carolyn, with 10-plus years of experience in the movement and fitness industry.
Only $50 per class! $400 per month, 2 month commitment.
Practice-Trainers will learn four customizable exercise progressions, Gyrokinesis homework sequences designed specifically for this population, and four new programs on the pulley tower designed to support clients at various stages of their journey. Those four programs will build upon each other, but they can also be presented independently, depending on the needs of each client.
