Raewyn's Women's Circle with Raewyn Fernandez

Sat Date: Feb 28 2026 From: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Women's Circle

About this Circle
Replenish Vitality • Receive with Grace • Honour the Harvest

February can feel full.
The heat lingers, the days stretch long, and everything in nature is at peak expression.

In yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom, this is the season of harvest—not just of food or effort, but of energy, emotion, and experience. This women’s circle is your invitation to pause inside that fullness and ask:

What is truly sustaining me?
️ What is quietly draining me?

We’ll gently explore the concept of ojas—your deep inner vitality—and the goddess Lakshmi, who reminds us that true abundance doesn’t come from doing more, but from allowing more. More rest. More pleasure. More worthiness. More ease.

Let this be your soft landing—an afternoon to replenish, reconnect, and remember that you are already enough.

Who is this gathering for?

This circle is for any woman who:
Feels stretched thin and longs to feel resourced again
Is navigating the intensity of high summer—physically or emotionally
Wants to reconnect with pleasure, softness, and presence
Values honest reflection in a nourishing, non-judgemental space

No yoga experience needed. Come as you are—with your fullness, your fatigue, or anything in between.

What to expect:

Breathwork & gentle movement — to soften the body and settle the nervous system
Lakshmi-inspired reflection — on self-worth, receptivity, and abundance
Ayurvedic wisdom — learn how to protect and replenish your ojas
️ Journalling & self-inquiry — guided prompts for clarity and insight
Tea, connection & quiet presence — space to rest, receive, and be held
Circle sharing — no pressure to speak, just space to be witnessed

You don’t need to be “ready” — you just need to show up.
Let this be your permission to pause.

Self-Abhyanga: The Art of Daily Self-Massage with Raewyn Fernandez

Sat Date: Mar 14 2026 From: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Self-Abhyanga: The Art of Daily Self-Massage

About This Workshop

Long before self-care became a buzzword, Ayurveda recognised daily oil massage — abhyanga — as a foundational practice for vitality, resilience, and nervous system health.

In this two-hour workshop, you’ll be introduced to the art of self-abhyanga: a simple, rhythmic self-massage practice designed to support lymphatic flow, nourish the tissues, and calm the body from the inside out. This is ancient wisdom, translated into a form that fits modern life — no overwhelm, no mysticism required.

Through guided learning and experiential exploration, you’ll discover how gentle daily massage helps counter the effects of stress, dryness, stagnation, and depletion, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more regulated in your body.

This session blends Ayurvedic theory with practical application, so you don’t just learn about self-abhyanga — you leave knowing how to practise it in a way that’s sustainable and realistic.

Meet Your Facilitator

Raewyn Fernandez is an experienced yoga teacher and Ayurvedic health counsellor with over 1,000 hours of formal training in yoga, Ayurveda, and embodied healing practices.

Bro's Breathwork with Ben Nash

Sat Date: Mar 21 2026 From: 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Bro’s Breathwork

A Reset for Men Who Carry Too Much

Most men are under more pressure than they realise.

Tight shoulders. Constant thinking. Shallow breathing. Always switched on.

Bro’s Breathwork is a space to interrupt that pattern.

This isn’t therapy.
It’s not a lecture.
And it’s definitely not about oversharing.

It starts in the body—not the head.
You’ll be guided through simple, powerful breathwork designed to unload tension and calm your nervous system. Then, supported by sound, you’ll drop into a deeper state of rest. Afterward, there’s a short space to reflect or speak if you want to—no pressure, no fixing, no advice.

Who is this for?

This session is for any man who:

Feels wound tight most of the time
Carries things silently but never stops thinking
Wants to drop the armour—but doesn’t do “talking circles”
Is curious but skeptical about breathwork or group spaces
Just needs something practical, not preachy

You don’t need to be spiritual, open, or experienced.
You just need to show up and breathe.

What to Expect

Guided Breathwork — to slow you down and unload tension
Sound-Supported Reset — to help your system settle, without trying
️ Optional Reflection — a short, contained space to share (or just listen)
Clear Boundaries — no phones, no fixing, no bullshit

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • A quieter head
  • A body that feels less tight
  • Better awareness of how much pressure you’re under
  • One breath technique to reset when life stacks up

This is not a performance.
It’s a reset you didn’t know you needed.

About the Facilitator

Ben came to breath-based practices through injury and burnout—not ideology. He’s a clear, steady facilitator who keeps things grounded and practical. His focus is simple:
Create a space where men can drop the act, lower the guard, and walk out better than they came in.
