About This Workshop
Most people don’t realise how much they’re carrying until their body finally gets a say.

Sovereign Breath is a 3-hour, guided 9D Breathwork journey designed to help you reset your nervous system and reconnect to who you are underneath the pressure, conditioning, and constant mental noise.

You’ll be led through a structured experience that blends gentle movement, breathwork, vocal activation, and immersive soundscapes to help you:
  • release built-up tension and emotional load
  • interrupt the loop of self-doubt and overthinking
  • reconnect to clarity, calm, and personal power
  • leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more “back in yourself”
This is not therapy. It’s not a lecture. It’s a body-first reset that creates real internal space.

Meet your facilitator:
Alexander Robibaro is a breathwork facilitator and nervous system reset specialist, working across breathwork, bodywork, and energetics.
 
Alexander’s approach is shaped by lived experience and deep personal rebuilding. His work focuses on strengthening the four foundational pillars of wellbeing — physical, mental, emotional, and energetic — so people can move forward with more stability, self-trust, and direction.

About This Workshop

A deeply restorative experience where stillness meets subtle energy work.

Rebalance is a workshop designed to help you slow down, soften, and reset. Through the long-held shapes of Yin Yoga, you’ll be guided into a practice that goes beyond stretching and into sensation — helping the body release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space to breathe again.

Raewyn will lead a slow, grounding Yin practice that supports the fascia, invites stillness, and helps you reconnect with your body in a quieter, more intentional way. As the room settles, Julie will move through the space offering Reiki, gentle acupressure, and energy balancing to support emotional release, energetic realignment, and deep rest.

This is a workshop for people who feel wound up, depleted, heavy, or like they’ve been carrying too much for too long. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more spacious, and more like yourself again.

Meet Your Facilitators

Julie Perkins is the founder of Vital Energy Wellness and a practitioner of kinesiology, energy healing, Reiki, acupressure, and vibrational therapy. Her work blends nervous system support with intuitive energy balancing to help people release emotional stress, reconnect with themselves, and feel more grounded in their bodies. Julie brings a warm, heart-led presence to her sessions and creates a space where people can soften, settle, and return to balance.

Raewyn Fernandez is an Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga teacher devoted to creating spaces of deep rest and reconnection. Drawing on the wisdom of Ayurveda and the subtle power of Yin Yoga, she offers practices that support the nervous system, nourish the body, and help students return to a steadier, more grounded state. Raewyn is known for her calm, intuitive presence and her ability to guide people into a place where the body softens and the mind begins to settle.

Men Around the Fire is a modern return to that ancient circle—a space where men come together to drop the masks, speak honestly, and support each other.

This gathering is not a class or lecture. It’s a container for truth-telling, deep listening, and building brotherhood through honest conversation and shared presence.

Get to Know the Facilitator
Ben discovered yoga as part of his recovery from injury and was immediately struck by the calm and clarity it brought into his life. Ben is passionate about creating spaces for men to reconnect with themselves and each other—without ego, pretense, or performance.
