Honouring Endings, Sovereignty & Sisterhood
As the new moon rises, we gather in sacred circle to honour endings, transmute what’s been hidden, and reclaim our personal power. Through breath, movement, ritual, and the sacred Red Thread, we’ll release what no longer serves and weave intention into what’s next.
This is a space to pause, reflect, and soften into the truth of who you are — held in presence, witnessed by others, and gently guided back to yourself.
You don’t need to be “ready.” You don’t need to have it all figured out. You are welcome just as you are.

About This Workshop
Thousands of years ago, seekers journeyed to the Himalayas in search of yogic wisdom. Today, you’re invited to uncover the same timeless knowledge—right here in Camden Valley.
In this two-hour workshop, we’ll explore The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali—the foundational text of yoga philosophy that takes us far beyond postures and into the heart of what it means to live with purpose, clarity, and inner peace.
Led by Michael, this session weaves ancient philosophy with modern relevance. Expect a dynamic blend of storytelling, gentle movement, breathwork, and contemplative practices that help you integrate these teachings not just on the mat—but in how you show up for your life.
Meet Your Facilitator
Michael is a devoted yogi, teacher, and world traveller whose inner journey has taken him from the peaks of the Himalayas to the deserts of Mexico and mountains of Peru. With a deep reverence for traditional wisdom and a gift for making complex teachings accessible, Michael helps students bridge the gap between ancient philosophy and the demands of modern living.
His sessions blend heart-centred guidance with practical tools, inviting you to reflect, reconnect, and remember the essence of yoga as a living, breathing path of self-realisation.
