Pause, Breathe, Be — A Nervous System Reset Experience with Sonali Malik

Sun Date: Jun 14 2026 From: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Pause, Breathe, Be — A Nervous System Reset Experience

About This Workshop

If you've been running on empty — carrying the weight of a busy schedule, a busy mind, or a body that hasn't had a proper chance to breathe — this workshop is for you.

In two hours, you'll move through a carefully sequenced experience designed to shift your nervous system out of overdrive and into genuine rest. Using accessible pranayama (breathwork), intuitive movement, sound, and guided relaxation, you'll leave with a clear head, a calmer body, and practical tools you can return to any time life speeds back up.

No yoga experience required. No performance. Just you, your breath, and space to reset.

Meet Your Facilitator — Sonali
Sonali brings 7 years of teaching experience across studios, corporate settings, and online platforms globally. Her approach bridges traditional yogic practices with a modern, grounded perspective — making pranayama and meditation feel accessible rather than intimidating.

Breathwork and meditation aren't just tools Sonali teaches — they're practices that have personally helped her build focus, manage stress, and create balance in daily life. She creates inclusive, supportive environments where students feel safe to slow down and explore stillness at their own pace.

Who Is This Workshop For?

  • Beginners who are new to pranayama and meditation and want a clear, guided introduction — no prior knowledge needed
  • Regular yoga students who are ready to explore what lies beyond the physical postures
  • Anyone experiencing stress, mental fatigue, or difficulty switching off — regardless of fitness level or background

No prior experience is required. If you can breathe, you can do this.

What To Expect

  • A gentle seated flow to release physical tension and prepare the body for breathwork
  • An energising breath practice to clear mental fog and build internal heat
  • Slower, rhythmic breathing techniques that support nervous system regulation — combined with soft, intuitive movement
  • Sound-based release techniques to help shift built-up tension and emotional stress
  • Chanting to deepen focus and cultivate internal awareness
  • A fully guided, deeply restorative relaxation to integrate everything — so your body and mind can absorb the full effect

What To Bring

  • Comfortable clothing you can sit and lie down in
  • A water bottle
  • An eye covering if you have one (we'll have some available on the day)

Props provided: bolsters and blocks are available in the studio.

Winter Solstice: Yin Yoga & Live Sound Healing with Raewyn Fernandez

Sat Date: Jun 20 2026 From: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Winter Solstice: Yin Yoga & Live Sound Healing

About This Workshop
A deeply restorative evening where long-held stillness meets live healing sound.

This workshop is an evening experience created for the winter solstice — the darkest point of the year, and the body’s deepest invitation to slow down. Rather than pushing through, this is a space to arrive, soften, and let your nervous system do what it’s been asking to do: rest.

Raewyn will guide you through a slow, grounding Yin Yoga practice — long-held passive shapes that gently open the connective tissue, encourage the nervous system to settle, and create real space in both body and mind. As you rest within each posture, Samyra will fill the room with live sound healing: layered soundscapes and vibrational instruments that deepen the body’s capacity to let go.

Come as you are. You don't need to do anything here except show up and let yourself rest.

Meet Your Facilitators
Samyra King is a yoga teacher, Sound Healer, and Reiki Master with a passion for creating spaces that encourage rest, connection, and healing. With over twenty years of musical experience, she brings a unique depth to her sound healing offerings — blending live vocals with a variety of instruments to create rich, immersive soundscapes. Her sessions are intuitive and restorative, designed to support nervous system regulation and deep rest.

Raewyn Fernandez is an Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga teacher devoted to creating spaces of deep rest and reconnection. Drawing on the wisdom of Ayurveda and the quiet power of Yin Yoga, she guides practices that support the nervous system, nourish the body, and help people return to a steadier, more grounded state. Raewyn is known for her calm, intuitive presence and her ability to hold space where the body softens and the mind begins to settle.
