Girls Flag Speed Lab with Zakk Davis

Sun Date: Mar 22 2026 - Aug 31 2026 From: 12:45 PM - 2:00 PM
Our Girls Performance Clinic is designed specifically for athletes ages 13–18 who want to elevate their game through focused training in flag football skills, speed and agility, and plyometric development. Held every Sunday from 1:00–2:00 PM, this high-energy session provides a structured and supportive environment where athletes can build confidence, improve athletic performance, and develop sport-specific skills.
The clinic blends technical flag football instruction—such as route running, footwork, defensive positioning, and game awareness—with proven speed and agility training methods. Athletes will work on acceleration, change of direction, reaction time, and overall quickness through dynamic drills and competitive challenges. Plyometric exercises are incorporated to improve explosiveness, power, and coordination, helping athletes move faster and more efficiently on the field.
Each session is led with an emphasis on proper technique, injury prevention, and progressive development, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced players. Athletes will not only improve their physical abilities but also gain a deeper understanding of movement mechanics and game performance.
This clinic is ideal for girls looking to prepare for competitive flag football, enhance overall athleticism, or stay active in a fun, team-oriented setting.
