The program will be split into two different sessions each Monday and Wednesday for the 6 week duration. (24 total sessions over 6 weeks)
6:00-7:00 pm - athletes are participating in the basketball session led by the Florida Reapers, developing their basketball skillset
7:00-8:00 pm - athletes will move to the turf/weightroom with Coach Jacob to develop speed, agility, strength, explosive power, and conditioning to supplement their basketball training
The program will be free for any active Redline Members and $449 for any athletes that are new to Redline
