Sound Bath: Rooted in Love - In Studio with Othman Haddad

Sun Date: May 25 2025 From: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
A Sound Journey Back to What Nourishes You

As nature awakens and life slowly returns to bloom, this Sound Bath invites you to follow the rhythm of Spring — to soften, to root, and to begin again.

Through gentle, enveloping vibrations and soothing low frequencies, you’ll be guided on a journey back to your inner ground — a space of safety, simplicity, and deep nourishment.

Just as trees draw strength from their roots to grow anew, you’ll be supported in reconnecting to what truly holds and sustains you.

Crafted with care, the soundscape will unfold like a cocoon: slow, spacious, and warm. You’ll lie down on comfortable yoga mats, immersed in layers of therapeutic sound — Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, frame drums, Gongs, Koshi Bells and Rainsticks — all chosen to ease the nervous system and restore balance.

This session follows a method refined over thousands of sessions in the UK, Switzerland, Spain, Morocco, Sweden, and Italy.

Let Spring be a reminder that healing doesn’t always require effort — sometimes it simply asks you to listen, soften, and return to what you love.

Depending on the session, the instruments we play can be Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, frame drums, Gongs, Koshi Bells and Rainsticks.

These therapeutic Sound Baths are not suitable for you, if you are:
- less than 12 weeks pregnant
- suffer from a severe or clinical mental illness

Please send an email to [email protected] in case of doubt or if you:

- have had epileptic episodes
- recently been through surgery
- suffer from a heart condition
- need any special assistance

Journey Back To Self - Somatic Breathwork - In Studio with Rebecca Dennis

Sat Date: May 31 2025 From: 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM
This conscious somatic breathwork workshop offers a variety of breathing techniques whilst gaining an understanding of the latest science on how we can upgrade our breathing and nervous system for optimum health. Providing a deep understanding of the impact the way we breathe has on every aspect of our lives – mentally, physically and emotionally.

We will be exploring breathing techniques to empower and shift our mental and physical states and regain balance. Most of us have experienced mental, emotional or physical trauma on some level, which can restrict our breath and capacity to fully feel. The resulting body armouring and muscular tension can endure and manifest over the years. Trauma changes our physiology in the brain and nervous system. Life altering events big and small can create a feeling of disconnect.

By consciously recognising trauma and unhelpful patterns through embodied somatic breathwork and supporting techniques participants will gain a greater sense of connection and freedom in their body and everyday lives.

Conscious breathing keeps us connected with our body and mind so we are more able to listen the messages and alerts being sent via the brain to the body and the nervous system.

This can help you let go of unhealthy breathing habits, such as shallow breathing, have a deeper understanding of breath patterns and release both physical and emotional past trauma and tension from the body. This can dramatically shift the way you feel in your body and bring higher states of awareness.

Please consult your medical practitioner to ensure therapeutic breathing techniques such as conscious connected breath are suitable for you. If you suffer from epilepsy, heart problems, have medical issues or psychological conditions such as high anxiety, bipolar, personality disorder this may not be suitable and we ask for you to contact Rebecca first. If you are seeing a psychiatrist, we request their consent for you to attend the class to email [email protected].

The summer solstice is when the sun is at its furthest point from the equator, making it the longest day of the year. It has been marked as the high point of summer – or midsummer – since the Neolithic era.

In astrology it heralds the start of the Cancer Sun Season and the peak of nature's growth, a time to let go of the old and welcome the new, to reflect on your journey & honour your inner light.

Awakening the Spine Workshop - In Studio with Echo Elliott

Sun Date: Jul 27 2025 From: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Join Echo for a transformative backbend workshop, exploring various backends we often fear or feel stuck in, perhaps an emotional block.
We will explore the physical and energetic aspects of backbends, how to use the front body and breath, and cultivate trust and openness with ourselves through this practice.

The spine holds our stories, and the heart — our softness, strength, and sometimes, our sorrow. In this workshop, we’ll use the practice of backbending as a pathway to emotional and physical release — inviting the body to let go, open up, and feel more deeply.
Through intentional movement, breathwork, and supported heart-opening postures, we’ll explore how backbends can unlock stuck energy, restore balance to the nervous system, and offer space for healing. With compassion, care and always playfulness, we’ll strengthen the back body to hold us, so the front body can soften — revealing vulnerability not as weakness, but as courage.

This is a practice of presence, of gently peeling back layers, and of learning to meet yourself — exactly as you are. Come as you are, and leave a little lighter, a little freer, and a little more connected to yourself in your practice.

What to expect:
  • Deep warm-up to prepare the spine and shoulders
  • Technique tips for common and advanced backbends
  • Modifications and props for safe alignment
  • Breathwork to support opening and release
  • A relaxing, grounded closing sequence

Open to all levels—especially those looking to explore backbends with more awareness, strength, and grace.
Come with curiosity, leave with an open heart.
Let’s bend so we don’t break.
