THE ART OF FLEX-ABILITY
20 Hour Training with Rebecca Hannah

An immersive flexibility, mobility, backbending, and inversion training designed to help you move with greater strength, freedom, control, and expression.

With over 15 years of international teaching experience across more than 30 countries worldwide, Rebecca Hannah has become known for her distinctive approach to movement training — blending yoga, mobility, strength work, dance, inversions, and creative movement into a method that feels both intelligent and expressive.

Designed to complement and deepen your movement practice, The Art of Flex-ability explores the technique behind flexibility, splits, backbending, and inversions while helping students develop strength, mobility, body awareness, and confidence in a way that feels sustainable, supported, and connected rather than forced.

Rebecca developed flexibility as an adult rather than through gymnastics or dance training, which deeply shapes her teaching philosophy: flexibility should work with the body, not against it. Through intelligent progressions, technical breakdowns, mobility drills, strength-based flexibility training, and creative sequencing, students learn how to build flexibility that feels strong, fluid, expressive, and sustainable.

OPEN TO ALL LEVELS

This training is designed for both students and teachers from all movement backgrounds — whether your foundation is in yoga, Pilates, dance, aerial, martial arts, fitness, gymnastics, pole, or movement training.

Whether you are looking to deepen your practice, move beyond plateaus, refine your technique, or better understand your body, this training provides practical tools, intelligent progressions, and adaptable techniques that support long-term, sustainable development.

Throughout the training, students will explore flexibility, mobility, active flexibility, end-range strength, backbending, inversions, creative sequencing, transitions, and movement exploration — alongside techniques for safer alignment, greater body awareness, and more efficient movement patterns.
