There’s no expectation to perform the splits but if your aim is to get there, this workshop offers all the tools and guidelines to achieve both the front and side splits.
However, if your goals are just to increase strength and flexibility in your quads, hip flexors, hamstrings, adductors, and learn a series of new stretches that facilitate this, then this workshop definitely applies to you.
This 2-hour workshop is suitable for any fitness level including those who never practiced yoga before.

What past participants have experienced:
'The word that comes to mind when I think of this workshop is magical! This workshop gave me the space to show up for myself & to truly honour my feminine energy, which is often ignored or neglected. Liv creates such a warm, safe and beautiful atmosphere in this workshop. It was a truly beautiful experience to be surrounded by a community of strong and like minded women. Can’t wait for the next one! X'
'Olivia led the loveliest of classes which was so inclusive to all ages and bodies. I came away empowered and nourished. I will definitelyreturn to the next series …along with some of my friends.'
While practicing, we tend to always move in the same way, going from one pose to the next in a nearly automated fashion, not necessarily paying attention to our range of motion.
During this 90min this workshop, you’ll learn some mobility drills and how to incorporate them in a yoga flow, unlocking your ability and capacity to move freely and discovering your own range of motion.
Suitable for those with a regular yoga asana practice.

Suzanne has completed multiple Rocket Yoga trainings under David Kyle and the Yoga People and is passionate about sharing the practice with the yoga community in Dublin.

You will be guided through a few rounds of conscious connected breathwork before beginning your journey with the healing sounds of gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments. Through the breath, sounds and vibrations, the brainwave state is altered from our normal waking state (beta) to relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state (theta), and even restorative state (delta). As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease and we enter an altered state of consciousness where deep healing can occur.
Benefits of a sound bath include:
As you will be lying on the floor for 75 minutes, please bring anything you need to make yourself really comfortable. We have a bolster and blanket each, but maybe bring an extra blanket, pillow and eye mask, water and please bring your own yoga mat.
Doors will open 15 minutes before the workshop start time, and unfortunately no late entry will be possible.

Join Síle for a 2 hour workshop combining breathwork and sound with the healing medicine of cacao.
Cacao is a gentle heart-opening plant medicine that helps us to connect with our higher self and access our inner wisdom to bring about transformation on a mental, emotional and spiritual level. Sharing cacao and opening up to receive her gifts of healing can create strong feelings of connection, love and unity.
We will move through some conscious connected breathwork, and as we open up to the energy of the cacao, we will rest in the healing sounds of gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments. Through these sounds and vibrations, the brainwave state is altered from our normal waking state (beta) to relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state (theta), and even restorative state (delta). As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease and we enter an altered state of consciousness where deep healing can occur.
We will finish with some gentle stretches and tapping, and will allow time at the end for you to journal on any insights or messages you may have received during the experience.
As you will be lying on the floor for 90 minutes, please bring anything you need to make yourself really comfortable. We have bolsters and blankets, but maybe bring an extra blanket, pillow and eye mask, and of course your yoga mat, water and your journal.
If you have any questions please contact [email protected]
