Give your young athlete a high-energy, skill-packed basketball experience this Fall Break! Our 4-day camp is built for 3rd–6th graders and designed to develop well-rounded players while keeping the game exciting and fun for intermediate to advanced level players.

Ball Handling & Passing: Focus on dribbling control and crisp, accurate passes to become a playmaker on the court.

Shooting Fundamentals: Build proper shooting mechanics and confidence from layups to mid-range jumpers.

Rebounding & Footwork: Learn how to attack the boards, box out opponents, and move with balance and quickness.

Conditioning & Agility: Fun, fast drills to improve endurance and on-court speed.

Offense & Defense Basics: Understand spacing, movement, and team concepts on both ends of the floor.

Help your young athlete run faster, move explosively, and master proper sprint form! This three-day camp blends fun, fast-paced drills with expert coaching to develop next-level speed and confidence.

Sprint & Mechanics Foundations: Dynamic warm-ups, proper sprint posture, arm action, and foot strike for efficient, powerful running.

Acceleration & Explosiveness: Quick-burst starts, first-step power, plyometric drills, and short-distance sprints to build explosive strength.

Top-End Speed & Game Application: Max-velocity training, change-of-direction drills, and competitive relays to transfer new skills to real-game situations.
