This clinic focuses on injury prevention through assessments and exercises that emphasize proper form, movement efficiency, and strength and conditioning.
 
We will use Demotu App to assess and improve movement efficiency, reducing the risk of injuries. We will also incorporate stretching, plyometrics, and strength training to build a strong and resilient body.
