*These dates are subject to change
This training is Yoga Alliance Certified and whether or not you decide to teach yoga; you will walk away with the confidence to TEACH, to practice, and to create sequences for a group or home practice. A lot of students participate in a yoga teacher training with the purpose of diving deeper into their own practice and not to teach at all.
All of our Lead Instructors are 200E-RYT certified with 300RYT certifications. This training will mainly have a Vinyasa focus but will cover other styles of yoga including Restorative, Yin, Ashtanga and Prenatal.
We will meet a total of 10 weekends that will encompass a lot of physical practice as well as lecture. You will have a mentor throughout your training who will help give you the confidence to teach for all levels in a safe manner. There will be homework and personal practice requirements in between each module. The times and location may change depending on weather and class schedules, but you will be given sufficient notice of any changes.
It is required to have at least 6 months of yoga practice prior to this training. There is also a required book list. Books can be purchased on Amazon or locally. Please have all books by the start of the training.

Common Questions and/or Statements:
I don’t want to teach yoga, can I still take the training?
Yoga teacher training isn’t all about teaching a class. You dive deeper into the philosophy, history, the breath, alignment and an awareness of YOU, to build a stronger personal practice. Many take this training with no intention of teaching at all. This is your journey.
How long do I have to practice to enroll in the 200-hour teacher training?
We require that you have at least a 6 month yoga practice before enrolling in our teacher training program. It is important that you are familiar with the foundation postures prior to the training.
What if I miss a segment?
There will be make up segments in case you do have to miss one segment. We will work with you.
If there are any questions please feel free to call or email.
