The Redline Running Mechanics Development Series is an 8 week progressive curriculum designed to improve sprint efficiency, acceleration technique, and speed-specific strength in athletes aged 12 and up, with the ultimate outcome being measurable improvements in acceleration, top-end speed, and sport transfer.
This program, which bridges the gap between general athletic training and detailed sprint development, will be led by Coach Kevin Wachira, Redline's Sports Performance Specialist and NASM-PES certified coach, who has extensive experience as a collegiate Track & Field athlete and also training runners in Kenya.
The series will run for 8 weeks on Saturday evenings. The training is cumulative.
Enrolled athletes for the Saturday series cannot join the Tuesday series.
