Our classes follow the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus, giving dancers the chance to develop their acrobatics skills, including tricks and balancing techniques. With our qualified and certified instructors, we prioritize safety and ensure that dancers maintain proper alignment throughout their training. As they advance through graded levels, dancers will also have the opportunity to participate in Examinations to move to the next stage of their training.
Intermediate/Senior Ballet Technique - Thursday - 6:45-7:45pm

The Intermediate/Senior level of Vaganova Ballet introduces highly complex and demanding exercises that require advanced strength, flexibility and coordination. Students perform intricate combinations, grand allegro movements, grand pirouettes, grand adagio and all other advanced steps. Dancers work on perfecting their technique, strength and stamina through intensive and rigorous training at a professional level, all while maintaining a high level of performance quality and artistic expression. They will learn a vast repertoire of ballet variations and demanding choreography.
Pre Intermediate / Intermediate Hip Hop Technique - Tuesday - 6:15-7:00pm

In the Hip Hop Program, dancers will explore a range of street and social dance forms such as: breaking, footwork, house, waving, and more. This program will engage dancers in understanding the history of hip hop. They will learn about its origin, evolution, instrumental figures and their contributions to the hip hop dance community. Dancers will continue to build their musicality, strength, freestyle skills and sense of community, while being encouraged to explore and celebrate the power of their own voice, creative expression, and style.

Our Lyrical classes combine the graceful precision of ballet with the dynamic energy of jazz, creating a unique and powerful blend that transcends traditional dance steps.
Intermediate Jazz Technique - Wednesday - 6:30-7:30pm

Jazz students are trained through the Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers (ADAPT), which progresses through a series of graded levels. Each level focuses on a specific set of techniques appropriate to the developing dancer. Jazz dancing offers a high energy dance form incorporating jumps, turns, flexibility and style. This genre encourages development in co-ordination, strength and performance.
