For centuries women have gathered to create space for connection, support, and empowerment. These gatherings, often known as women's circles, provide a safe sacred environment for women to explore their inner world without judgment.
Women's circles fulfill a primal desire for ritualized spaces where women can connect to other powerful women. Shoulder to shoulder, heart to heart. A space for deep healing, connection, and togetherness. Raw and unafraid, women of all walks of life, join to share their life experiences, fears, wildest dreams, and innermost desires, building a sense of true belonging and community. Rise by Ritual seeks to provide just that, a ritualized space for women to gather, connect, and feel supported, heard, and empowered.
Each month we will gather to draw inspiration from different cultures and traditions, spiritual practices, social issues, or personal beliefs to design rituals that resonate and inspire. The structure of each gathering includes rituals such as guided meditations, journaling/writing, sharing circles, expressive instinctual or guided movement exploration, and creative sacred, intimate ceremonies.
The intention of these circles is to foster a sense of sisterhood, community, empowerment, and personal growth…allowing women to open-mindedly and more vulnerably and courageously explore their identities, deepen their self-awareness, express themselves freely, and fearlessly discuss topics that are relevant to their lives. By participating in these circles, women can build connections, gain insights, and find strength and peace through the collective wisdom of the group.
The Collective Theme of Rise by Ritual: Softening into vulnerability and leaning into fearless courage.
These circles will be guided and held by your co-leads Gabrielle Blachley and Fallon Lev. It is our dharma and life work to hold safe space and offer constructive healing tools, helping people on their healing journey to be consistent with their commitment, to find clarity reconnecting to their intuitive knowing, and to begin to or continue to build the bridge from what is no longer working in their lives to what is and ultimately what will set them free, so they can keep moving forward on their path to a happier, healthier more fulfilled life!
How Circle Space Is Held
The synergy of our facilitators is what creates such a special, safe, and sacred space - allowing you to show up as you are, and whatever needs to be seen and heard will be seen and heard. The synergy of our different life experiences and paths lies in the shared and collective vision of reconnecting women to their bodies, strength, inner wisdom, and intuitive guidance so they may navigate their lives with a newfound sense of inner freedom and authentic embodiment, fully rebirthed.
Each circle is a new offering with a theme that changes and builds upon itself. We lead with a complete flow of feminity - giving you something to look forward to each month. We encourage you to keep coming. You are welcome to join this monthly journey at any point... for you will receive value either way. It's important to keep coming to these circles to make a true shift in your life through intention, consistency, and manifestation.

Gabrielle allows you to show up raw and unafraid to embody and BE who you are in that life moment - holding space with her golden warmth, humorous no-filter self-expression, and wildly accepting nonjudgmental heart.
Why a "Women's Circle" Gabrielle?!? A lil' back story...
Over the past several years of living in San Diego life has challenged me to reach beyond my inner resources of healing and to seek guidance and healing tools from therapists and healers. At the beginning of COVID, I was diagnosed with PTSD and Anxiety Disorder, which I had been suffering from undiagnosed for many years due to life circumstances, choices, and relationship/life stress. This knowledge changed my life, sending me on a journey to find tools to understand myself better and eventually, continue this process on my own, empowering me to accept the things I cannot change, giving me the courage and capacity to change the things I can.
One of the things I admired most about my Mother, was her ability to bring together women from all walks of life, sometimes the most unlikely of combinations, making the best of friendships. I witnessed for years the power of her woman tribe. For those of you who aren't familiar, my Mother is one of my most beloved life mentors. She was a professional ballerina and owned ballet schools for 40 years. Regularly she would have her students (who became lifelong friends, some she mentored, some mentored her) over to our home for late-night dinner parties, tea-time talks, and so on. All of these women from the time I was a baby, weaved their colors, strengths, and stories into our lives. It wasn't till I was much older that I realized the role my mother played in all of these women's lives and how she brought people together, by offering and creating a sacred space for them to come, to show up when they needed, just as they were. There was never any judgment, just a sacred space for them to discover and realize what it was they were seeking. My vision and hope for this circle is to do the same, to carry the torch my Mother kept lit, illuminating women's strengths, inspiring and encouraging them to carry on... into the light of their magnificence, truly believing they can create the life they dreamed of living.

Join us for a sacred and intentional journey into stillness as medicine, a path of self-reflection, somatic healing, and conscious connection. In a world that feels increasingly chaotic, uncertain, and overwhelming, what if the antidote isn’t doing more—but being more? More present. More attuned. More at peace within your own body and breath.
You may feel the effects of this era deeply—disconnection, isolation, chronic stress, self-doubt, nervous system overload. This training offers a sanctuary—a space to unwind, recalibrate, and come home to yourself. Through the gentle, profound practices of traditional Restorative Yoga, Somatics, Breathwork, Meditation, Subtle Body Awareness, and deep connection we will explore how healing through stillness is not only possible—it’s essential.
WHAT IS RESTORATIVE YOGA?
Restorative Yoga is an art of receiving, releasing, and remembering. Unlike movement-based practices that focus on effort, strengthening, or flexibility, Restorative is a surrender into stillness, comfort, and deep rest. Poses are supported by props—blocks, blankets, bolsters, or any treasures from home—and held for extended periods to soothe the nervous system and cultivate conscious relaxation.
It’s a somatic, embodied meditation—a practice of doing less, to feel more. Through gentle postures, the body unwinds habitual tension, the mind softens its grip, and the heart finds spaciousness. In this stillness, we learn to listen: to breath, to sensation, to our own deep knowing.
Restorative Yoga is not about achieving, striving, or fixing—it’s about being. It’s about repatterning the body-mind toward ease, creating space for emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and authentic healing.
This practice supports trauma recovery, burnout, anxiety, fatigue, and chronic stress, offering a nourishing sanctuary for your body, mind, and soul to restore their natural balance.
HEALING MODALITIES INCLUDED
This immersive experience blends somatic awareness, conscious breathwork, subtle body energetics, and mindful journaling + connection practices to enhance your ability to self-soothe, self-regulate, and self-heal. We will explore the science of the nervous system, the power of the parasympathetic state, and how to craft personalized restorative practices for yourself and others.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Whether you are a yoga teacher seeking to expand your offerings, a healer or guide looking for new tools, or a curious soul ready to turn inward, this training welcomes you. You will walk away with a deeper relationship with your body, breath, and inner world, and the ability to share these gifts with others from a place of embodiment and authenticity.
Let this be your invitation to pause, to reconnect, and to reclaim the healing power of stillness.

FACILITATOR - GABRIELLE BLACHLEY
E-RYT 500+ with yoga training certifications and continuing education degrees in India, Guatemala, Chicago, and San Diego.
Lead facilitator of over 35 yoga teacher trainings, intensives, and yoga mentorship programs in San Diego, California.
Gabrielle has been teaching yoga full-time for 20+ years and owned her own donation-based yoga school - devoted to and passion-filled about her yogic path.
Gabrielle’s belief is that yoga is limitless in its potential to transform and heal our lives. Her approach to teaching is holistic, intuitive, playful, and therapeutic, in which she encourages students to turn inward to the constant fluctuations and transformations taking place with each breath and recognize that each time you step onto the space of your mat, you can begin again.
Gabrielle was born and raised in Chicago, where she was trained to be a professional ballerina, blessed to have her mother as her mentor for many years. It was this experience that set the stage for her affinity and passion for physical expression and artistry of movement. Her lifelong dream and dedication to becoming a ballerina was intercepted by unfortunate injury. But, it was through this humbling life experience that she found yoga, which would forever change and heal her life, and her relationship to her physical body and mind. After receiving a BA in Fine Arts and Communications from Loyola University of Chicago, Gabrielle’s free spirit led her to many faraway places like Hawaii, Europe, India, and Morocco, where she lived, studied, and trained for a number of years exploring the vast world of yoga and the healing arts. It was on this journey, she heard the calling and first realized she might just be...a teacher, like her Mother (something she denied for years)?!?!
These life experiences and a series of life-altering events challenged, humbled, and encouraged her to spread her wings and begin her own donation-based yoga school, Monarch Yoga Shala, in Chicago, IL. Founding a donation-based yoga school, was a dream, and through this dream, Gabrielle realized her potential to help and transform people's lives was endless. It was also during this time in her life, as a young mother and business owner that again life challenged her physically, and after a traumatic spine injury, was faced with the reality and challenge of rebuilding her relationship with her body. This new reality as well as several other injuries over time would give her priceless insight and influenced her to pursue a different path as a teacher, one which forced her to fully focus on the importance of biomechanics and alignment. After doing a few online trainings with Sadie Nardini, Leslie Kaminoff and Amy Matthews, in addition to working at Catalyst Physical Therapy and Wellness as Yoga Director, her style of yoga is more "anatomy-enhanced," with attention to intuitive alignment.
Being raised by a strong-willed, free-spirited artist and force of nature, Gabrielle always envisioned doing something for women's empowerment. Circle + Rising is a women’s healing circle and collaboration of women empowering women which began as a dharma project that turned into a monthly gathering at yoga studios in San Diego.
Gabrielle is the founder of Metamorphosis, transformative dharma coaching + private yoga + retreats. She is also the YTT director and lead facilitator at Trilogy Sanctuary, as well as the founder of Ritual + Rising a monthly women's monthly gathering and facilitator training.
Her motto: Show up, forgive, be spontaneous, unconditionally love, and fly fearlessly - you can always begin again.

Take this time for yourself and journey within... Let's begin again.

My vision and hope for this circle is to do the same, to carry the torch my Mother kept lit, illuminating women's strengths, inspiring and encouraging them to carry on... into the light of their magnificence, truly believing they can create the life they dreamed of living.

“Perhaps the biggest tragedy of our lives is that freedom is possible, yet we can pass our years trapped in the same old patterns...we may want to love other people without holding back, to feel authentic, to breathe in the beauty around us, to dance and sing. Yet each day we listen to inner voices that keep our life small.” ― tara brach
