Then this clinic is for you? We will go through body specific exercises (legs, back, arms, core) and show you how to build on these as you get strong and more comfortable. If you are just wanting to switch up your routine, we can help you do so safely!
Strength/resistance training is important to build strong muscles and bodies that can sustain shock. Weight training can also assist in healthy aging, weight control/loss and can help you strengthen your yoga practice!
