This course offers a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification allowing you to teach anywhere that accepts the certification program.

This course offering is a hybrid model. Instudio and online learning formats are available! Rolling admission accepted on a quarterly basis.

You will not only receive technical information to keep classes safe and effective but be able to unleash your inner avatar offering high energy and high quality classes that keep clients coming.

We are offering two DRIP'T Teacher Training Programs for 2026: 

DRIP'T: Level 1 Teacher Training program is for people new to our DRIP'T training sequence. It's considered our foundational course. If you are brand new or a seasoned DRIP'T practitioner, then sign up today to secure your spot for a weekend training in February schedule in Riverdale Park!

FLEX'T Teacher Training with Kendra Blackett-Dibinga

Transform lives with FLEX’T. Our two-tiered program begins with FLEX’T I, where you'll learn to guide groups through a stretching modality that enhances strength, flexibility, and mobility. Progress to FLEX’T II to gain expertise in partner-assisted stretching, offering personalized sessions that delve into the intricacies of anatomy and healing, safe and effective methods of stretching and an intimate knowledge of body mechanics. FLEX’T II also offers our unique Stretch 7 method that supports chakra alignment while unlocking movement restrictions.

1:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Class, lecture, and theoretical applications of Flex't
- Saturday  
11:30 AM: Flex't class with Diane at Riverdale
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Session with me, focusing on practical applications
- Sunday
1:00 PM: Meet at Ivy City
